Little Tikes is issuing a massive recall after one of its products was deemed unsafe by federal regulators.

A popular children’s product produced by Little Tikes is being recalled after multiple reports of it breaking, resulting in 39 injuries to children. Little Tikes has recalled its 2-in-1 Snug’n Secure pink toddler swings, which have gotten 140 reports of breaking resulting in dozens of injuries.

The Consumer Product Safety Commission said the children suffered bruises and cuts, and two of the injuries were a broken arm. The swing has a pink, T-shaped restraint in the front and is suspended by yellow ropes. The recalled product has a model number of 615573.
